ABRASIONS RESISTANCE TESTER FOR ZIP

            The “Asian” abrasion tester for zip made on a fabricated horizontal base plate. There is an arrangement for holding the test sample of zip horizontally on a horizontal plane.  The holding arrangements have metallic strips which clamps the test specimen with the help of four knurling nuts. There is an emery cloth of specified designation may be mounted on the horizontal platform below the test specimen.
There is a abrasive block of specified weight and dimensions is mounted on the reciprocated arm. The abrasive block is mounted with the abrasive cloth of specified designation.
The reciprocating arm reciprocate for specified stroke with the help of a motor, worm reduction gear box, crank and connecting rod mechanism.
The number of cycle is indicate and controlled with the help of the digital pre set counter.

All the parts are painter or polished for the corrosion resistance long life.
